Here’s some feedback from a very happy customer!
We had two bathrooms that we wanted to have renovated and it seemed a huge and daunting task at first, so many stores, bath ware and tiles options.
After a few unsuccessful visits to tile shops where we had to leave after wandering about without any attention, luckily we stopped at Casa Italiana.
We were promptly attended by your design consultant Ala Franco who took us around the whole store and shared her knowledge and experience with us.
Her experienced guidance and advice made it so much easier for us to go about choosing the tiles and the bath ware for both bathrooms.
She even recommended a builder and a tiler who turned out to be real craftsmen in their trades.
The most invaluable part of the whole experience was, however, Ala’s design. All we had to do was to provide the measurements and the general ideas on style and practicalities. Ala listened to us very attentively and came up with a beautiful design, both stylish and functional, that we accepted. We received it in 3D in a very short time, after some discussions with Ala to take into account our wishes and some technical specifications it was slightly adjusted, and the work began!
The project is coming to its completion now, one bathroom is finished, the other one is almost done. The new bathroom is now our favourite place in the house, every time we use it, we get a feeling as if we are in some luxurious hotel, still hard to believe that something so beautiful is now part of our house!

We went to so many different places but Casa Italiano had the best choice at best price.
We are very happy with the choice we made especially the quality of Italian tiles we purchased. The rectified edge allowed us to reduce grouting gap to 1.5mm and made a big difference how the finished product looks.
All our trades people commented on our tiles without being prompted how natural, classic and timeless they look.
