Glaze is inspired from the gloss glaze applied to old metal pots, which were used in ancient Italian cuisine traditions, leaving traces of daily use with a particular “weathered” look. A suggestion from everyday products, which accompanied lives before ours, treasuring something more than scratches and invisible imperfections: stories and emotions passed down from generation to generation with warmth and charm.  

The metal resurfaces from under the glaze, creating natural cracks and chips, just as if the tile was broken and worn:  a natural effect, characterized by a strong daring aesthetic, interpreting a new ceramic surface, ranging from modernity and tradition. The collection is developed in 3 colours with 6 different graphics in one single size 20x30cm / 8”x12”.
